Deep undercover in Afghanistan, Austin Nichols learns of a terror plot using a nuclear weapon against the United States, trying to escape he is mortally wounded.

Recertifying as a Navy Seal, Olivia Jordan is recalled as another terrorist strike in NYC takes down the new World Trade Center, she also learns of Austin’s fate. Reluctantly aided by another Navy Seal, Brian White, they traverse the globe in an attempt to stop the nuclear threat that now faces the United States.
